“so then we played against cresent today and we sort of didnt know their strength so kind of underestimated them, they’re really good! and we won 4-1 but i guess you could say that it shook us quite a bit. seeing how we could potentially throw all our years of effort away if we didnt start taking things seriously. and im happy to know that we have come to the realisation that we may not have lived up to our senior’s expectations, or have not trained and worked as hard as we should have. and well, for most of us, its our last year, theres not alot of time that we have left with SCBT and i guess letting the past be the past, and making the most of what we have left is all we can resort to. is it a wake-up call, maybe not so much, but it sure tells of our team morale. im happy to know how frustrated and angry we all were to hear other school’s coaches bitch about us and out-rightly saying how we freaking ass suck. because you know what, this anger shall be channeled into a deep longing to want to prove them wrong. to show others that what they think doesnt matter. and at the end of the day, whether we succeed or not, its not important, whats important is that we stuck together as a team, upholding our dignity, our integrity and the team spirit that will never ever ever die. jia you SCBT, i love you to the moon and back.<3 “
